FAQ
Good to know before we talk
Straight answers to the questions people ask most. If yours is not here, send me a message.
How do I know which service is right for me?
If something is stuck and urgent, start with a Rapid Problem-Solving Clinic. If you want to build skills over time, choose coaching or a programme. If you need ongoing support, the Mentoring Partnership is designed for you. Not sure? Book a free 20-minute call and I will recommend the best fit.
Can I bring my own workbook or report?
Yes, and I encourage it. Sessions are most valuable when they are built on your real files. If your data is sensitive, we can anonymise it or use sample data, and I can sign an NDA.
Do you teach complete beginners?
Absolutely. Programmes start at beginner level, and no question is too basic. Everything is explained in plain language.
Is training online or in person?
Both. Online sessions run on Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet. On-site training is available for teams within the service area shown on the contact page.
When are sessions held?
Sessions are scheduled around your working day. Short 60–90 minute blocks work well for busy teams, and evening or weekend sessions can be arranged where possible.
Do you offer long-term support?
Yes. Many clients benefit most from an ongoing mentoring partnership with monthly sessions and priority support. I am committed to supporting clients over the long term.
Can training be tailored to our industry and systems?
Yes. Corporate programmes are customised to your tools, terminology and reports, and built around the problems your team actually faces.
How much does it cost?
Fees depend on the format, duration and group size. Coaching, mentoring and team training are quoted after a free discovery call so that you pay only for what you need.
What happens after a session?
You receive a short summary, any templates created, and a window to ask follow-up questions. For ongoing clients, progress is reviewed regularly.
Is my company data kept confidential?
Yes. Your data stays yours. Where files contain sensitive information, sessions can be run using anonymised or sample data, and a non-disclosure agreement can be signed before work begins.
