Services

Services are described on this website and confirmed in a written proposal or booking confirmation. The proposal sets out the scope, schedule, fee and deliverables.

Bookings, rescheduling and cancellation

Sessions can be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Please let us know at least 24 hours before a one-to-one session, and at least 5 working days before a team workshop, so another time can be arranged. Late cancellations may be charged as agreed in your proposal.

Payment

Fees and payment terms are stated in your proposal or invoice. Recorded courses and clinic bookings may be paid in advance.

Confidentiality

We treat client files and business information as confidential and use them only for the agreed work. A non-disclosure agreement is available on request.

Intellectual property

Training materials, templates and recorded lessons remain our property and are licensed for your own internal use. Your data and files remain yours.

Limitation

Training and advice are provided in good faith to help you improve your own work. Decisions made using your own reports remain your responsibility.
