I have spent more than 15 years turning complex, high-volume data into clear reporting and decisions that leadership can trust. My career has been built inside multinational companies, where accuracy, deadlines and accountability are non-negotiable and where a single wrong number can cost a great deal.

Over those years I noticed something important: the problems are almost always the same, whether the company has fifty thousand employees or fifty. Reports take too long. Files are fragile. Only one person understands how it all works. Smaller businesses face these problems without the teams, systems and support that large organisations have.

That is why I now teach and mentor. I bring the discipline of multinational analytics to SMEs in a way that is practical, affordable and easy to understand. I do not teach from slides about theory. I sit with you, open your real file, find what is wrong, and fix it with you, step by step, until you are confident to do it yourself.
